Canada’s social welfare system has long been appreciated, and under this a new initiative called “Workers Benefit” has been started. Canada Workers Benefit (CWB) is a government scheme that aims to provide financial assistance to low-income workers and their families.
As inflation is increasing and the economic situation is changing, this effort of the government can prove to be very helpful for the people. This benefit is for those workers who are working, but their income is less than the minimum standard set by the government.
In such a situation, this scheme provides additional financial assistance to those who are not eligible for other government assistance programs. Under this scheme, the government wants to ensure that low-income working people can meet their basic needs by providing direct financial help.
